Wall Follow Behavior Demo | Roomba® | iRobot®
26Using wall follow, one of its 40 robotic behaviors, Roomba cleans the room all the way to the edges of the walls. An infrared (IR) beam is emitted and Roomba measures the reflection to sense its proximity to walls and other objects. Roomba can then adjust its direction until it aligns with the edge. At the same time, the spinning side brush dislodges dirt and dust from corners then casts it into the path of the cleaning head.
