This is my second project for the month of Swordsman - horseman of apocalypse - WAR from darksiders.

DESCRIPTION:
This project was probably one of the most detailed one, in context of different kinds of details (for captain, rooster and polar bear, i spent hours adding one and the same detail pieces :D). War has famous armor, consisting of two different vibes - Demonic and Heaven styles - gray metal and golden colored. and at the same time, quite colorful and shaped surface.
The body making process was quite straightforward - i cast big muscular shape, the only difference was left hand, which is going to have huge glove on. I started sculpting on the body, but later made it removable to work into details easier. different for me was the sword as well The Chaoseater is a huge, two-handed sword, it seems heavy in the game and was heavy in reality as well. so i used steel wire for structural strength and sturdy cardboard for making inside of the sword little hollow and conserve clay and weight at the same time. carving on the sword was quite new for me. i used clay parts, rough sketches, attached them on the sword and after that, made shapes and curves.
after making all the details, attaching sword was quite a challenge. after painting it was not sticky at all so i used wires for attaching them on the body, then painted outside ends and it concealed them quite well.
overall, i am quite happy with the result and see improvements, it is the best part to see. :)

I spent about 1.8 Kg clay and 18 hours on this sculpture.
