An injured soldier who became the first man in Britain to be fitted with a bionic arm has been showing off his skills at a military rehabilitation centre.

Almost three years ago British Forces News was first to report on the revolutionary technology that's transformed Corporal Andrew Garthwaite's life. He had lost his right arm on operations in Helmand in 2010 and he was a perfect candidate for the new artificial limb.

Today he's able to control his new robotic arm simply by using his brain. Rosie Laydon went back to Headley Court to talk to him about his incredible journey on the road to recovery and to see what his new arm can do.
