What I've Learned About War Thunder.
Editors Note: All of the footage is from my gameplay but I used different camera angles due to a very nice replay mechanic they have in game.
War Thunder is a massive free to play combat experience. Last night when I logged in their were around 35000 players online. Tanks, Aircraft & WarShips. Some say pay to win. It certainly is beneficial to the player to pay for a premium account but there's many players in the upper ranks that claim they haven't paid a penny. So far I haven't put out a dime yet but It certainly is fun & entertaining enough to warrant spending something.
I started out in tanks a month or so ago. I've been wanting to fly for along time so with small successes in tanks I jumped in a plane. The training the game provides is a fast way to get started. If you stay with it for just a little while until you can upgrade your vehicle or replace it with something better & it happens pretty fast then you can start making satisfying kills quickly. Im still in arcade mode & for the moment, im fine with it.
