Not one week ago Gaijin stated that the hotfix that had erased the 1.29 damage mechanisms introduced in the update were due to some serious bugs, not due to the massive flood of complaining in the forums from those who thought they were flying X-wing online and not an air combat game. They also said that as soon as the bugs were ironed out the damage mechanisms would be back.

I expected it to happen in 1.30. It happened today. The results?. See the video, enjoy and get ready to extract revenge on the legions of Yak9Ts that were your nightmare until yesterday :).
