If I had to sum up the Hawker Typhoon Mk. Ia in a single word, it would be "anemic". While the plane does possess the rather powerful Napier-Sabre engine which allows you to perform Boom and Zoom attacks as you please, that armament of twelve 7.7mm Vickers Machine Guns just lacks the punch you need to put an enemy plane down in a single pass.

Still, this factor aside, the Hawker Typhoon makes for a challenging yet enjoyable fighter plane, as shown in this Arcade Battle on the Ground Strike map Berlin Suburbs.
