The P-40E Kittyhawk makes for a decent all-rounder at Rank 2 in the USAAF/USN tech tree. Possessing a rather effective armament of six 12.7mm Machine Guns and great mobility in both the vertical and horizontal, this plane should never be underestimated.

However, despite these traits, the plane's engine lacks acceleration, meaning that you need to chose your maneuvers carefully, otherwise you will not be able to shake-off any aggressors who are on your tail. Additionally, the plane feels rather twitchy at higher speeds (i.e. 350 km/h+), with slight corrections in your flight path causing your aim to become mis-aligned when pursuing an enemy plane. Hence why I reckon the P-40E is "Just Fine".
