You'd think a necromancer frame would get quite the power boost at 1k strength....but the number of minions he summons does not scale with strength, but I guess he can terrify 200 things in 1 cast so at least he got that going for him, which is nice xD

- Soul punch base damage increased to 5000 impact damage.
- Soul Survivor's heal increased to 100%. This is reached at 334% strength and gains no benefit from higher strength.
- Number of enemies affected by Terrify increased to 200. Armor strip increased to 100%, which is reached at 167% strength and gains no benefit from higher strength either.
- Creeping Terrify's movement speed reduction increased to 80%, which is reached at 134% and.......I'm gonna stop repeating myself......
- Desecrate is not affected by strength.
- Despoil is not affected by strength.
- Shadows of the Dead's minion damage bonus increased to 15x. Shield/health bonus increased to 10x.
- Shield of Shadows' base damage reduction per shadow increased to 60%, allowing you to reach the cap of 90% (reached at 215% strength) with only 2 shadows present.

Then you clearly get the picture from both the contents of the video itself and what you just read in the list above. Building high strength is a terrible idea on this guy and I never saw that 15x damage bonus on his shadows do anything significant whatsoever. It was easily the worst experience out of all the frames I've explored so far and I really do not recommend you replicate this build.
The frame himself is extremely boring to play at least imo and while he might not be in desperate need of a rework as much as some other frames, I still think he should get one sooner rather than later.

I really would have skipped making this video entirely because I was pulling my hair out looking for anything interesting from all the footage I recorded and I really could not find a single thing.
Not. Even. Once.
But since the footage was there, and the series seems to be falling off lately anyway, perhaps I could use this as an opportunity to practice my editing skills, so that's what happened.
However, if I am forced to pick between making a strength video for a very boring frame that gets basically no benefit from it like this guy again, or skipping entirely, I will opt to avoid this mental anguish.
