Warframe Bug/Glitch That Makes Zenistar Unusable

I cannot tell if the operator glitches the Zenistar out or not. I tried different Warframes and that doesn't matter. It not only bugs out the Zenistar but also picking up ammo, energy, or any drops. After this issue happening to me for months and numerous testing I still can't find the issue. I thought maybe it was the placement of the Zenistar inside my warframe but that wasn't it. I tried changing the riven. I tried putting no attack speed mods, using minus attack speed, and increasing it and no difference. Maybe it is the skin or my cosmetics and its interaction but I have had no luck with getting rid of the bug. I have had luck with the how often it happens but haven't eliminated it.
