Basically overclocking a gpu is worth it, the fan will be louder, but who cares. The ps4 is loud as heck..and its faster then my ati 5750, problem is the games usually lack affects...the ps4 port is much worst. Its just too clean. I would love to see crossplatform because the ps4s cter is better then my xb cter s...i think. Anyways, i already overclocked overdrive but never touched the fan setting. The new setting is at 60fps even on record. Its something like 840x1400 with 65 % fan and the temp is at 31 degrees. Nice and cool. Any higher and it might fail. Hence the highest setting is 870x1430, and it failed there...but alas i think it will work on 860x 1420 at 70 percent. Def rec overclocking on ati brands, i wouldnt rec it on third party videocards.

Basically I fixed this graphic stutter via 1 min autocache clearing instead of 5 and 60percent fan with 15 clicks to 1460 and 15 clicks to 400 or watever on overdrive in catalyst. I still do clear signatures, and appdata so you cant send me viruses btw...but thats nt required.
