Savage Silence is a Warframe Augment Mod for Banshee's Silence that increases Finisher damage while active.

This mod can be acquired by attaining the rank of Genius under Cephalon Suda, or the rank of Partner under The Perrin Sequence, and spending 25,000 rep to purchase.

Bonus damage is in fact effected by power strength, but did not use this as .. n00b to banshee.

Savage Silence affects Stealth Attacks, Ground Finishers and Counterattack Finishers.

Crowd Control effects inflicted upon enemies affected by Savage Silence will be set up for Finisher attacks.

Enemies affected by Savage Silence also take increased finisher damage from other Warframe abilities. Confirmed abilities include;
Ash's Blade Storm.
Trinity's Energy Vampire.
Excalibur's Radial Blind, with the Radiant Finish augment
Valkyr's Paralysis.
