So as many may or may not know, Warframe has been quite bugged lately with mods and arcanes that stack up in the top right. TLDR, once you get a full stack and then lose 1 stack it will not give the stack back. I really just wanted to make this video letting people know DE is well aware, have been for a bit. Expect the update hotfix to be the pre tennocon update. If not we will continue to cry.
