4There are basically no bad weapons and warframes in the game, you just have to use the right mods ;).
With the nightwave update, old alerts are gone and now we are "redirected" to do acts for a new syndicate in order to gain standing and be able to buy items from them and thats where you will find a few auras and mods you might need along with reactors and catalysts but all depending on item rotation.
