Titans are the ultimate weapons in the battlefields of the 41st Millennium. Even the smallest ones are deadly, with both shields and armor and an modular weapon hard point system.
Unlike the smaller Knights, multiple individuals crew these war machines, under the command of a Princeps.
Like Eldar Titans, but unlike Ork Gargants, Imperial Titans benefits from a modular weapon system, allowing they to be configured to deal in any terrain type against any foe. The blistering anti-infantry Vulcan Mega Bolter, Titan killing Volcano Cannon, building buster Quake Cannon, one shot devantating missiles, the selection is ample. Emperor Titans however, have fixed weapon loadouts.
All Imperial Titans are powered by a Fusion reactor, a miniature sun with provides power within strick parameters: a Titan at top speed cannot fire for instance. Emperor Titans have a more complex enegy distribution system, allowing efficient use of power to areas in need.
One mayor reason for such dangerous power sources are the Void Shield Generators. Their layered nature offer both strengths and weaknesses when compared to single layer systems: better able to handle the slow firing super weapons but not as efficient when taking volleys of lesser weaponry.
Imperial Titans technology lies between that of the Eldar and Ork counterparts, but can stand against them on equal footing!

Warhound Scout Titan:
Roles: Scout, Shock Attack, Flanker, Hit and run, Anti-infantry/vehicle.
Void Shields: 2.
Armor: Light - Medium.
Speed: Fast.
Weapons: 2 (restricted selection).
Abilities: Maneuverable. Can evade on high speeds.
Reaver Battle Titan:
Roles: Multi-Role.
Void Shields: 4.
Armor: Medium - Heavy.
Speed: Medium.
Weapons: 3 (all standard weapons, minus heavy Plasma weapons, extra equipment and special devices).
Abilities: None.
Warlord Battle Titan:
Roles: Fire Support, Fire Base, Demolition, Siege Warfare, Hand to Hand combat, Anti-Titan/heavy vehicles.
Void Shields: 6.
Armor: Medium - Heavy.
Speed: Slow.
Weapons: 4 (all standard weapons plus, all heavy Plasma weapons, extra equipment and special devices). 1 Head mounted weapon or special device. 2 rear caparace Multi-Lasers.
Abilities: None
Emperor Class Imperator Titan.
Roles: Command Titan, Fire Support, Fire Base, Demolition, Anti-Titan/heavy vehicle, Infantry Carrier/Transport.
Void Shields: 12.
Armor: Medium - Heavy - Super Heavy.
Speed: Very Slow.
Weapons: 2 primaries: Plasma Annihilator, Hellstorm Cannon, 1 Defense Laser, 1 Main Battery, 4 Tower Guns, 8 Guns (Secondary Batteries), 16 Anti-infantry Bolters.
Notes: Sensorium Dome protects against Psychic attacks. Can carry infantry. Power distribution system.
