Warhammer 40k Rogue Trader Stream 33 - Vorg confronts the Grand Inquisitor & Final Battle ensues!
Welcome to our series involving the wanderer known as Vorg! He's a loner, and always has been. He wants nothing more then to simply fight alone, actively pushing everyone away that tries to step up to aid him in an actual fight, unless they don't listen to him of course!
For this stream, it is the beginning of the end for Vorg's journey. A lot of shenanigans play out. First we fight a bunch of powerful Necron at the start of our descent into the bowels of the Necron Tomb World. Following that, we meet duplicates of ourselves, where one path led us to violent piracy and drug addiction, one path led us to a path of Dogma, where we worshipped the God Emperor faithfully, and another where we embraced the call of the void, worshipping the dark ruinous powers. Thank goodness we are Iconoclast, those paths must be crazy, right? ...Right? Regardless, we get rid of our duplicates, slaughtering them in a violent manner. I make some leveling mistakes, but given its the endgame, I wasn't too downtrodden to fix my mistakes... That said, we did get our last powerful weapon, a heavy bolter that increases its fire rate for every kill we get! Naturally this can get stupid the more enemies we face! Regardless, we confront the Grand Inquisitor and deem his plan as absolutely deranged and insane. Coupled with his defeat, a massive planet destroyer is released, and with the aid of Nomos we completely destroy any presence of the monstrous creature, only to hear Nomos choose a completely new path, fighting the monster and taking over as the main body. Thus a benevolent god aids our protectorate with innocent curiosity for the future. Was this idea wrought with sin? Probably. Does Vorg regret this decision? Nope. Vorg hinted at this thought long ago when talking with the inquisitor in Chapter 4. If it meant saving billions, he would rely on it... but he would never imprison it. Death was most likely that creature's fate if not for Nomos' dedication to freedom and choice. Thus we end our story of the Iconoclast warrior Vorg, the sole warrior who fought through everything. Through thick and thin he defeated all adversaries in his way, and clutched victory in the jaws of defeat! Its hard to say when I will come back to Rogue Trader, but I will probably wait for the DLC to come in before I play again on Dogmagic! All the same, I hope you enjoyed the series, and that it was entertaining to watch!
