Wario ACTUALLY forgot that he used to own a castle. π
3As a casual gamer, it's practically INSTINCT to either "enjoy" or "dislike" what I play. But as a person who's played the classic Wario handheld games (and the WarioWare titles)... I can easily bring myself to say that I enjoy playing Wario Games ten-times MORE than I've ever played a Mario Game. And the only reason why I'd ever consider Wario to have better games than Mario ever did is because the theme & objectives of the games ALWAYS change, instead of following the exact same ongoing plot-line over & over again.
In the description of a video that I titled 'The "Vault of Obscurity" has FINALLY been opened.", I openly stated how much I genuinely enjoyed playing the Wario Land titles & how the creator of the fan-game I was showcasing did a fantastic job NAILING the "Wario Land" formula. It's something that I didn't expect when I first stumbled upon some of his games, and it was really something I could resonate with going forward.
However... I can't give enough props to the people who created Wario Games of their very own long before I stumbled upon said creator's works. And what's a better way to start us off than with "Wario Caste Breach"? It's a great Wario Game for those of you who are looking for a decent challenge, but the way it's executed makes it feel even more like an OFFICIAL Wario Game. (With a few bugs in some areas.) Give it a download if you're willing to give it a try, but I'm warning you... this game will prove to be a challenge once you start losing more than enough of your HP! [No seriously-- I've played through this multiple times, and it's shown me that if you even make ONE mistake when attacking an enemy... you basically have to start over. (But it's not bad, since the dev was generous enough to let you start from ANY level you plz.)
