Get: Head Smash Helmet [Power Up]

If the bears are giving you problems, try to stun them by landing on them from a dash attack, then pushing them into the water or dashing at them while they're stunned. They will not respawn if you defeat them in this way, but if you dash at them when they're not stunned, it will simply stun them and they will need another quick hit to be finished off.

Note: If you ever find yourself stuck without knowing where to go next, consult the hidden figure at The Temple (press Up or A on The Temple on the overworld); it will tell you which level the next key treasure is in.
