Wario Land 4 - Game Boy Advance - last boss & ALL endings
7In the United States, Wario Land 4 sold 720,000 copies and earned $20 million by August 2006. During the period between January 2000 and August 2006, it was the 33rd highest-selling game launched for the Game Boy Advance, Nintendo DS or PlayStation Portable in that country.
The game ended up selling 2.2 million copies worldwide.
Endings for this game are quite tricking: depending on how many treasure chests you have after beating the alters the appearence of what the princess looks like during the ending.
Another small difference is how big Wario's treasure sack is.
Here's a list of what different appearences you can get & how many treasure chests you'll need.
07:15 - ending with zero chest (notice it hasn't a treasure sack); princess would look the same even with 1 treasure collected.
09:41 - ending with 3 chests; princess would look the same even with 2 treasure collected.
12:06 - ending with 9 chests; princess would look the same even with 4~11 treasure collected.
14:47 - ending with all treasure chests recovered
If you are thinking we're done, you're wrong :D
Also credits roll sequence has many differences!
17:35 - credits roll when you have zero treasure chests and music #1
21:32 - credits roll with all treasure chest, so every backgroung artwork is showing, and music #2
25:27 - hard mode credits, Wario is driving a truck and there's music #3
29:25 - a clip from super hard mode credits, where Wario is driving this futuristic car and there are a couple of extra background pictures; music wasn't different in this case..
I don't know why and how credits music is different or if there are one or more soundtrack..
Have we finished? NO! There's space of another little difference: when the epilogue is over you can get three different messages (i've missed one that appears when you complete the hard mode and suggest to play again with the super hard mode.
