The descent is a long way down as you break boxes. Collect as much coins as you can while finding several spots and secret rooms. Descend left by Grunts then descent right from Grunts to find water with Sawfish. The door to the bonus room will give you a Trident if you pick the right card. Go back to start then descend right from the Grunts and right again from Pecans. After a series of Apes and Punchers, enter the door to the room with the Giant Spear Man. Flip the spear man over and stomp it multiple times to finish with a Blue Coin.
