16Are you already missing Venom before the third movie even drops? The Venom trilogy by Sony has been a massive hit, whether the critics liked it or not. But what if I told you that this saga is far from over?
Well I’m not the one saying it, Kelly Marcel, the director and writer of Venom Last Dance, spilled the beans about the future of the franchise, and guess what? Our prayers were finally heard and Knull is coming to shake up the Sony universe in a big way.
Now, it’s no secret that Sony has been trying to connect the dots in their superhero universe, but, honestly, it’s been a bit of a mess. Venom never met Spider-Man, Morbius showed up in a scene that confused everyone, then Madame Web promised three Spider-Women and it was all a dream. Not to add more fire to this chaos, we still have Kraven is running solo.
But hold on, there’s a force that could unite all these characters and stories. A force that stretches across the multiverse, And that force is called Knull. He’s a god, a cosmic-level entity, and it looks like Sony is betting big on him.
Sony has already confirmed that Venom 3 will be Eddie Brock’s farewell to the symbiote. It’s the end of an era, But do you think they’d waste their biggest comic book villain Knull in just one movie? I’ve already said here, Knull is not a one-movie villain he's a villain for an entire phase, maybe even two!

Director Kelly Marcel spilled the beans when she said, and I quote: “We always knew Knull was coming, but we needed to establish Venom and his relationship with Eddie first, This is just the beginning for Knull.”
So, if you thought Venom 3 was the end, you were wrong. She continued saying that this movie just scratches the surface of Knull’s story, and that the character will be developed over time, like some of the greatest villains in Marvel’s history.
Sony has finally realized they have a gold mine in their hands. Knull is a cosmic-level threat, In the comics, he took on The Avengers, Fantastic Four and the X-Men all at the same time! He’s way too powerful to be just a one-off villain.
Now, how will Sony handle this character? Are they going to team up Kraven, Morbius, Vulture, and Madame Web to fight him? We’ll have to wait and see. But one thing’s for sure, we can expect a massive crossover involving multiple heroes and villains.
