Okuni has gradually become stronger with each update.
Her traits aligning well with the Enma Ledger, where Shu heroes appear frequently,
it’s actually easier to complete a Shu build with her than with Liu Bei.
Even in Traversal Level 6, she can still use the Five Tiger build effectively for mob fights.
She’s also the only hero unaffected by the Keiji nerf.
While she’s far from being a top-tier character,
her traits match the current meta well, and with the right build,
Desolation Expanse can be much easier than Glacial Wilds.
