This performance demo was with an Intel Q9650 @ 3.38 Ghz, running with an EVGA GTX 670 FTW graphics card. Even at the lowest settings this game struggles to maintain 30 fps and dips into the mid-teens at times.

The minimum requirements for this game is with an Intel Q8400 @ 2.66 Ghz, but I can't imagine how that would even run the game.
