So for this Flash drawing in Procreate, I'm using really only the round pack in brush, and I haven't made any modifications except that I like to set the opacity at 70% which gives me a more painterly feel. I am using the art style of the DC Animatied Universe by Bruce Timm for the style of this Flash. In that series, the Flash was Barry Allens nephew Wally who was also stuck by lightning to gain super speed.
