I played GTA5 while around a friend's house. You know what I was more interested in? The way that mountains cast moving shadows. How items faded into view as you approached them. How clothing got wet and behaved realistically.
I then realised that I had no life and was absolutely no fun to be around.
Of course, when this Watch Dogs gameplay was released, I didn't care about the gameplay potential, or the fact that it looks better than most other games out there.
It was almost as if it was challenging me to find problems with the graphics and what we could expect to see in next-gen games!
Welcome to a 2 minute vertical slice of my life and how I see things. When I say that the colour tone changes, it's not too obvious in this video. You can see it better in the original:

I'm pretty sure it's just the video compression. The ground will jump from one colour, to a darker, slightly more green shade, for example.
