This is some game play on splinter cell blacklist on the PC. This is actually the very first splinter cell i have ever played so I'm not that great at the series. From what i know of it the game looks pretty good and it's pretty demanding to if you want to run it maxed out and keep your frames above 60 fps. I use to own a GTX 770 super clocked and with the same settings i used in this video it would some times struggle. lets see if a water cooled and overclocked R9 290 has a difficulty playing this one
