112Wayne Rooney has suffered a knee injury in practice that will put the United forward off the pitch for roughly three weeks, Sir Alex Ferguson announced today. The Red Devils sit atop the Premier League standings up 7 points on Manchester City, though the injuries are starting to pile up. This did not affect them today as they beat Newcastle 4-3 at Old Trafford.
