Here is a quick video on how to solo the 7 Star Cinderace Raid with just Slowbro. The moveset I used was Iron Defense, Psychic, Stored Power, and Nasty Plot. My Slowbro had a 252 HP, a 220 Sp Att, and the rest in defense. I would probably recommend more special attack, but I ran out of berries to lower defense. It has a modest nature (Higher Sp att, lower att) and holds a shell bell. It is a psychic tera type.

Step 1: Raise defense (Iron Defense). This will allow you to take hits and start storing power.
Step 2: Raise special attack (Nasty Plot). This will allow you to keep storing power and get to your max.
Step 3: Start spamming stored power until Cinderace resets your stats.
(Optional Step: Use psychic to get to your terastallization)
Step 4: Repeat and win.

You can't plan around crits, they may or may not happen. As you can see from the video, the AI did some damage and was not detrimental to our success. The Intimidate from Tauros actually helped a ton.
