I threw a bunch of silly stuff into this video to show just how irrelevant the time limit is for this level.

The strategy shown here is to dash into the 2 stingray buildings just before 30m. This causes a glitch that allows you to break the size cap of 30m10cm. Both buildings must be dashed into simultaneously for the strategy to work. Clearing your path of small items beforehand is essential. Seriously, that's it. Unlike any other level I can think of, thoroughness and attention to disappearance of small items are pointless because nothing rolled up after 30m10cm adds any size at all. Thanks to Silent Thunder for the strategy.

Thanks to matthew69, sloobro, yoda, and yoshifan for the route to 12m. The check before the start is to make sure the rabbits are in the level. The detour to hitch a ride on the plane was inspired by matthew69's recent video, "Fly Like An Eagle...Katamari-Style." I used yoshifan's AFAP route to reach 20m, but it's actually unnecessary to use a particular route. Anyone capable of reaching 30m with time left over can do this.

Edits: In order to make the video fit YouTube's 10-minute time limit, I cut out the 50cm and 3m loading screens and the Royal Rainbow at the end.
