37Is Havocado the game of the year? We play it with creator Kwebblekop to find out. If you haven’t heard of the game before, Havocado is a frantic arena brawler in which up to four players attempt to knock each other into the sea, or a hole, or the vacuum of space. With support for both local co-op and online play, Havocado is an absolute riot.
It’s the first game by Kwebblekop, aka Jordi Maxim. Despite entertaining his 10-million-strong YouTube following daily, the Dutch YouTuber still found time to create this multiplayer gem. We interviewed the man to ask him about his game, and then challenged him to a few rounds of madness. Multiplayer games, party games, and splitscreen games are always fun, and Havocado is all those rolled into one. It certainly helps push the cause for local co op games. Is this one of the best co op games of the year, in fact? Or one of the funniest games of the year? It just might be.
