Weapon magic uses a fixed spell multiplier that can't be modified in any way, for example Stardust Rod has a multiplier of 7, Healing staff has a multiplier of 2. Thus they always deal the same damage or heal the same amount.

This hack changes that behavior and instead it uses the caster's Intellect (or Spirit) to calculate the amount of multipliers. See the damage difference between Palom with ~99 intellect and Harley with ~27.
