What is that bubbling horror, slinking from the deep?
Could it be?
No. Too terrible to imagine.
Is it...
Fog???
(Our framerate is doomed.)
On the Maine Coast, an irresponsibly placed outhouse near the Oceanarium has ruptured, spilling some of Far Harbor's filthiest, reprehensible, and fetid secrets -- weird weapons.
The worst of the worst.
Hate your enemies? Crave monstrous revenge, but can't get them bought into a timeshare on the island?
Distract them with poultry well-past its sell-by date, burn them with lasers from a cloud of red nasties, maim them with steel traps meant for prey several times their number, and cook them alive in a giant bubbling pot!
Ever so humanely de-cranify them, track and stalk them through the woods, or cut their pitiable lives off unseen, at a later date, from a remote distance!
Is that too good for them? Accelerate the sadism by calling your least favorite gruesome baddies in from the cold, or simply subjecting them to the consequences of having the kind of nuclear program you would expect from a fourth-rate nation!
How about trapping them in a digital prison, constructed excruciatingly slowly around them?
Still too dignified? Well, it's rumored one twisted, hideous little creature still lives undiscovered in the Deep Fog. In 2077, he and his kind were abandoned during a Great War they didn't commit. If you have a torturing problem, if nobody can help, and if you can find them, maybe, just maybe, you can hire a strange team.

Tracker Keeper (shoot an enemy with this and you get a holotape encoded with a
reference you can use on your Pip-Boy to track them on the map, kill them and access their inventory remotely, command them,
etc.)
Yo-Ho (hit an enemy with this meat hook and a bunch of bear traps will spawn
beneath them, probably folding them up a bit; also comes with some nutritious Hase)
Krab Kook-Out (puts an enemy in a flaming crab boiler, immolates/cremates them)
A Fowling Peace (spawns blue chickens that don't attack, but do run around, annoying the guards).
Voxel Populi (very slowly imprisons the target in a prison made of DiMA
simulation voxels, until such time as you shoot or explode the cage's keystone)
Nuclear Launch Defected (spawns a missile "silo" with a very drawn out launch
sequence, missile launches and then misfires, causing widespread death, somehow not much radiation)
Hedcanon (shoots disembodied synth heads that can be splatted on a wall, or shot
at someone to spawn a devious machine that cuts their head off with the power of magnets)
DethBall #FF0000-K (spawns a cloud of differently sized evil training remotes, from the DiMA puzzle section)
Fog, Come Denser (harpoon gun that shoots an egg that spawns a reverse fog
condenser, in that it draws in creatures from the Deep Fog until dismantled)
Missing Gnome (an evil gnome appears that causes terrible random mischief)
The Captain's Pants (I'm Garrus Vakarian, and these are my favorite damp,
preworn, self-congratulatory waders on the Far Harbor dock!; crouch-equip to kind of become the creature from the budget Fah Hahbah
version of the Black Lagoon, crouch while wearing to hear musings)
