Forsaken Realm is a indie, side-scrolling strategy game by Forester Games.

Think a more hands-on Kingdom: New Land, where you can customize your soldiers, and Determine your number of builders on the fly, letting people go to work on the farms as needed. Where your people have Homes, and where the refugees come to You. No more tracking down hobo camps in the middle of the woods; looking at your Kingdom :).

In Forsaken Realm, the hobos come to you. I guess they heard your Lordship actually houses and provides JOBS for his people. Imagine that kind of leadership! Fantasy I know... :(
