Nearly 10 years ago, WEDF produced their first show on August 4th, 2008. At the time the show was only named iCAW (Internet CAW) RAWAR and had two other shows named Snackdown and ECCW.

There will be something planned for August of 2018 this year for a Special 10 year Celebration Show for WEDF. Look for that this summer. In the meantime we will continue to produce shows leading up to this very special show.

Many thought WEDF wasn't going to succeed or have the longevity it now has within the Video Game Wrestling Universe or better known as CAW Wrestling. There were several setbacks, there have been countless times that WEDF was planning on shutting its doors, but looking back, we're glad that we've continued. 10 years producing shows is a long time, and only a few leagues have run longer. Leagues such as SCAW, UWO, ACW and XGWL to name a few are the rare ones that have actually produced longer than WEDF that are still running.

Nearly 10 years later, WEDF is still up and running and even though Episodes and CPVs aren't posted as fast as they were when WEDF was near its peak in production quickness back in 2011, we would like to say we're thankful we're still up and running. No matter what's happened, whether it's from dumb copyright or YouTube trolls who don't have a life or those who decided to take us out back in 2009, we have always come back with a chip on our shoulder with something to prove. YouTube's best kept secret in the Video Game Wrestling Community couldn't have gone on as long as we did if it weren't for the strong support from you guys! Whether it's from making posters, suggesting themes, CPVs, booking, commentary, etc, this hobby is far from a one man job. It takes a TEAM to help put all of this together and WEDF is thankful to have a great team to help out. I couldn't name all of you, but you guys know who you are, and feel free to shout out your names in the comment box!

We'd like to make this tribute video in thanks to you guys, the WEDF Universe for sticking with us for nearly 10 years of WEDF Action! We couldn't get every highlight there is, but there is a lot of highlights and memories that we would like to share with everyone, including those that may not have seen the earlier shows.

So many leagues have been inspired by us and we're glad that we've been looked up to, now it's up to them to continue what we started! #givecawcreatorsachance

Over 340 episodes and nearly 40 CPVs later, WEDF is still going strong and here's to another 10 years of WEDF! Season 4 is only the beginning of things to come for the WEDF Universe! We plan to go at least 5 seasons, but more than 5 seasons of WEDF can't be counted out of the long term plans.
