Week 11 | MELATONIN | Voyage of #Wellness and #WeightLoss
Week 11 of my wellness and weight loss voyage. Total loss to date is 40 pounds! I've learned about melatonin - the hormone that makes you sleepy. I'm focusing on being in the dark before bed, taking vitamin B supplements before bed, and not eating after 7 PM - daily!
