Every Sunday I’m streaming a Mystery Game after the Gothic/Bioshock session which precedes it. The aim is to work through some of the hidden gems within my collection that I’ve either picked up or been kindly gifted and gain a good impression of what it’s about.
This will help me to decide whether to continue it in the future, be it via a stream, LP, or just privately for myself.
This week I look at The Solus Project, which seems to be an exploration/puzzle/survival game in which you’re the sole survivor of a space ship’s crew which has crashed on an alien planet. The game’s got a great aesthetic, and seems to strike a great balance of gameplay mechanics so that it’s engaging without being overwhelming.
