Every Class and their skills has the same "issue"
and it looks ass
but I don't know how they impact gameplay
for ex) Serpent - Vaccum slash doesn't have that Fast Cast so that your First hit of Q to do Ait attack damage anymore, it's like playing at 90 fps feeling 120+ fps even though you're playing on even higher fps

Just that it looks very janky it's not really a "fucked up thing", at least for awakening ninja
