Y'all Knew I Baked, Right? From Scratch!

We go through the archives, we clean off the tools, and it's a Wine Cellar baking stream! We spend the day at ChanzlynPlays' place making some tasty treats for the community! Sadly, this was the first bad baked good to happen on stream, and all of the danishes got thrown out at the end. I'm likely done with recipes that have coconut flour at the base, as they tend to continuously come out greasy or poorly held together.
That said, the strawberry cake was a literal slice of heaven. It was thick, moist, melt in your mouth DELIGHTFUL cake. Off stream I frosted it with a homemade lemon cream cheese frosting to make a kind of strawbery lemonade cake.
We also made lemon press cookies, and learned over time that the circular cookie press was SHIT. It wound up tearing up lot of the dough and making life miserable. Once we swapped to a tried and true star shape, we were back in business.
CHanzlynPlays made pan cubana, and shared a bit of her previous loaf made with some melted cheese and butter. It had a really nice, light, and fluffy taste to it! She was happier however with the loaf made that day, in terms of color and overall appearance. Hopefully it tastes as good as it looked!
