1Welcome to the Retro Gamer 365 where we are gaming every day! Today Professor Stu is unboxing a game which was purchased by Vice Principal Paddington. She declined to be in the video herself however!
The game for today is Here To Slay! Like every other game we have seen from Unstable Games, expect to see off-the-wall humor, perhaps a bit dark humor in places, and some really strange combinations of things.
One of the interesting things with this game is the capacity to create your own heroes on the website and then print them out for usage in the game! Generally anything that adds additional functionality can make an old game new again and thus provide more replayability. This game is no different. We recently discovered a whole slew of expansion sets for this game which Paddington also purchased and we will have a video upcoming for them as well.
Watch the video to hear about the quality and the types of cards as we explore them for the first time! The quality does seem rather high for the construction of the packaging which is always a good sign. It seems to be a trait inherent to Unstable Games' products to have good packaging though.
