What Are Delusions Like? part-2 Psychotherapy Crash Course
Delusions are false beliefs held to be true despite evidence (sometimes very convincing evidence) to the contrary.
Delusions are often difficult to treat because medication and therapy can't change how you think or see things in your world. Medication and therapy together sometimes elps, but for the most part, it's a lost cause.
Would you see a doctor and take medication for believing in your religion, cultural values, or race? This is often how people with delusions feel.
