Have you ever considered what life might be like if you were not around anymore?

What about having thoughts of dying after the loss of something important to you, such as a child, a spouse, a possession that meant a lot, or some kind of relationship that contributed positively to your life?

If so, you are not alone.

As unbelievable as it may seem, suicide is the 2nd leading cause of death for teens. For adults, it is the 3rd leading cause. It is a public health concern.

For African Americans, suicide remains a "secret" of the community, while suicide tends to become contagious in Native American communities. And other ethnic cultures get lost in the shuffle and ultimately ignored.

In this video, I discuss the 3 most important questions you should ALWAYS ask if you suspect a loved one (child, spouse, etc) friend, coworker, etc. may be considering suicide.
