What Is An Inferiority Complex In My Dysfunctional Family? - Psychotherapy Crash Course
Do you feel you have an inferiority complex?
Would you define yourself as confident and self-assured?
We all have struggles with our self-esteem from time to time and we also struggle to see ourselves as worthy at different times in our lives. It's normal. But some people struggle more chronically with feelings of inferiority and I truly believe self-esteem is molded by our families.
In fact, research suggests that our core beliefs, rules, and assumptions (things we develop over the course of our childhood and adolescence) greatly influence our self-esteem and feelings of self-efficacy.
In this video, I will discuss the inferiority complex.
As always, I welcome your comments, questions, and experiences.
