What are the MINIMUM NUMBER of Battles to Beat Pokémon Ruby and Sapphire With NO ITEMS IN BATTLE?
Pokémon Ruby and Sapphire arguably changed the most of the series' core battling mechanics compared to any other games in the series. With the battles being more strategic, and with the region being wide, diverse and open-ended, how will this effect trying to beat the game in as few battles as possible, and without any items in battle? We'll have to see on this journey through Hoenn. With a few battles as I suspect it'll have, one thing's for certain - this will be a lot more difficult then in Gold, Silver and Crystal.
