9Hello there, fellow explorers, and welcome to the next part of An Ecologist Plays Ark: Survival Evolved, where we are back in the frozen north of The Island, and having a look at some of the weird and amazing creatures we encounter in this area! In today's episode, we start by looking at the giant ground sloth, Megatherium, and then move on to the Argentavis. We also look at how size affects temperature and thermoregulation in warm-blooded animals, before delving into the Dire Wolves, and my personal favourite... the massive, ancient penguin: Kairuku!!
