I flashed the final developer build of 6.0 Marshmallow on my Nexus 6, so you guys can see what it looks like.

Keep in mind that some of the final features are not available yet.

However, what I've noticed:

Different lock screen, swipe right to do voice search instead of phone call.

System UI Tuner so you can mess with the widgets to your liking.

USB and Storage is new and changed around

No more priority notifications, its more simple now

There is a "memory" option

The apps option is more simple.

Patiently awaiting the google now cards that are relevent to your current screen.
