How to: Install Cyanogen Mod 12.1 on the Moto G 3rd Gen (2015)

Today I show you how to install Cyanogen Mod 12.1 on the Moto G. This includes unlocking boot loader, installing custom recovery, and finally flashing CM 12.1

Make sure you have these downloaded first:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2317790 (ADB and fastboot)
Make sure you have motorola drivers: https://motorola-global-portal.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/88481
I unlocked the bootloader:

I installed TWRP recovery: http://forum.xda-developers.com/2015-moto-g/orig-development/twrp-twrp-moto-g-2015-t3170537
Make sure after you flash TWRP, you boot into recovery once, or it will get erased when you boot into Android.
