A simple program using DirectSound API generated and played samples of rand(), this output was then played and then recorded using Audacity Software. Blender was used to convert from .wav recording to .mp4 with the addition of a black HD background and text of the line of code that generated the sound you hear.

Due to the sound having the entire range of values I believe that it classifies it as White Noise.
