What does the inside of a Game Boy Light look like?
8In this video I am doing a cleaning of a Game Boy Light board. This was a Japan-only variant that featured an option to turn on a green backlight. It required two AA batteries vs the Game Boy Pocket's usual AAA, so the back shell has two bulges where the batteries sit. A really awesome unit that I didn't even realized existed until just a couple months ago.
This unit was in really great shape internally when I received it. The shell itself had definitely seen some wear, and due to the coating being real paint, there are some worn through areas. Enjoy seeing the inside of this awesome piece of gaming history!
