Full day of eating 1 day out from the NABBA Britain Finals 2022!

In this Bodybuilding and full day of eating vlog i cover my carb loading process 1 day out from my bodybuilding show the NABBA Britain Finals 2022 (2nd day of carb loading)
My carb loading process for this bodybuilding contest was eating 40grams of carbohydrates every hour after carrying out a carb depletion for 1 week ( as well as sodium depletion) for my bodybuilding contest peak week.

I also go over some pre bodybuilding contest flexing 1 day out from the show to check my muscular condition and if I needed to adjust my carbohydrate intake for the rest of the carb loading process.

This was a full day of eating rest day edition.

I also show why I measure my urine during peak weak and how I manipulate my water intake.

I go through all my bodybuilding contest prep meals and my diet for the day in this vlog.

My goal is to get signed by a major wrestling company and making a full time living as a professional wrestler and sports entertainer with WWE, AEW, NJPW, IMPACT Wrestling etc.

As well as vlogging my bodybuilding workouts, bulking diet and cutting diet full day of eating videos and wrestling travels, I also create instructional, informative and educational fitness tips, bodybuilding advice, diet advice and how to workout videos.
