What happens with DOUBLE Layering Puddles? WOW! 💙 Abstract Acrylic Painting
398I love revisiting some of my favorite techniques and creating NEW pieces of art - and this one is a double puddle pour. wow! I just love how those silver tones really help the blues to shimmer and pop.

Today's Tutorial Information:
▶ Technique: Puddle Pour
▶ Pouring Medium formula: My paints are mixed with Owatrol Floetrol and water only - on a ratio of 1:1:3 - one part paint, one part water and three parts pouring medium. You may have to adjust your ratios depending on the paint brands you use.
For the cell activator I am using Amsterdam's Titanium White and Australian Floetrol (1:3)
▶ Color Palette:
Liquitex: Primary Blue, Turquoise Blue.
Pebeo: Iridescent silver, Phthalocyanine Blue, Cyan Primary Blue.
▶ Hair dryer: When I use a hair dryer I use the Remington D3010 and always use the cool setting and the lowest blow speed.
