What If: Hulk vs. Wolverine
577Hulk vs Wolverine is the fight we all want to see! But what has to happen in order to see that in the MCU? Well, quite a lot actually! This video details every step that needs to be taken to set up the epic clash of the two titans, and then details what that movie would actually look like! It’s going to to be a lot of fun so be sure to stay until the very end!
It’s tough to say who has the harder road ahead of them when it comes to setting up the big fight. The new Wolverine has yet to be introduced into the MCU yet so the MCU has to do a lot of heavy lifting in order to make us okay with someone not named Hugh Jackman donning the iconic claws. And putting him in a situation where he has to fight the Hulk would perhaps be the best way to endear audiences to him. Their rivalry is one of the best in all of Marvel comics so if the MCU wanted to introduce their Wolverine in a splashy way, it would be by pitting him against the Hulk.
But the Hulk doesn’t have an easy road ahead of him either. We would need to establish that Hulk is a big threat again, which is a problem since Hulk has been seemingly erased forever inside Smart Hulk. So would a complete reboot need to happen in order to reset Hulk? Or is there a different way? With the introduction of Skaar into the MCU, I think I see a clear path that not only gets our OG Hulk to return, but also put him and Wolverine at odds with each other.
